Well Rohit, Now here looks I m the culprit coz of which issue arose. But the thing here is not of professionalism, what I feel is we in Sanskaari never thought of so much of formalities. We always have made a friendly environment.
And one thing is sense of initiation. which I felt is necessary rather than moving like sheeps behind the hurd. thats what exactly i did in case of website making by taking initiation for website making when i found our website work stopped. you know what, all these things if u wanted could be solved in a more better and convenient matter if u took amit and me as a friend rather as a president or project head. You could directly ask me.... leave it u are not so friendly with me, but i hope with amit u r, then u could directly ask amit how much website my sis has prepared when he asked u to help her in making website. But rather asking in a friendly manner u directly take it on ego and started speaking like as if u r an employee of an organisation and ur incentive has been deducted. And you raised question on the integrity of organisation and Amit also. That was a sense of immaturity u have shown. Might be my sis wouldnot have done so much of work or just developed one or two page but u would have done more work and might be some things could be better than yours which we could add in Sanskaari website. But rather doing in a team work, you took as if your credit has been given to some one else. And rest, I never have discouraged anyone for working for our country and society. You decide, what u wanna do as Chaitanya said? But even if u r leaving, remember one thing we follow values, some are: We dont work like social workers, we work like concerned citizens. - We work with fun and masti which is youth favorite. Yes we maintain records for professionalism. - We work in friendly manner, where we can share our ideas and can work for more developed idea. Which u could have done by merging some of the things My sis did good , in ur website or if my sis would have made better website then, she could merge ur beautiful ideas in her website, but u took it on ur ego. - We Work in a team.........where no one is big or small. No one keeps his ego above the country. and yes if anyone does that he broke early and get separated. and one who realises this he / she becomes more strongly bound with us. - We give opportunity for initiating things on their own. and believe in doing fast work and within deadlines.And when no feedback was there from urs side I took that step. - Innovate and implement ur own ideas. If things worked , excellent and if things get worst, together we will solve and keep the things in right way. This is Amit's wordings. Now the last thing if u would work with us leaving ur ego, then u r welcome, and if u r leaving even then remember one more thing, things get worse and good at times but life never stops. Same way, people come and go, but organisation will also go on. But we are not disrespecting ur hardwork. u urself has done. If u would have talked me directly rather writing this chat here, we were not wasting time on these postings rather we could have built 3-4 pages of our website in a better way. But now its ur wish to decide, there also Sanskaari respect ur right.
