| Duties & Responsibilites : | REQUIREMENT: • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record in partnering with the business to understand and document their current and future system needs. • Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements through use cases and other means (including workflow diagrams, dataflow diagrams, UML). • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams. • Excellent problem solving skills and be able to think outside-of-the-box when assessing possible solutions. • Expertise with Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint. • Experience with iterative and agile software development life cycle methodologies. • Experience in the development and execution of Test Cases. • Ability to set clear expectations, prioritize activities and follow through to completion. • Experience in making presentations to both client and IT management. • Experience working with third-party development teams a plus. • Media Industry experience preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience. |
