| Duties & Responsibilites : | The candidate's role is to: - Ensure that overallapplication designs remain within project scope. - Work with customer businessunits to understand their business processes. - Work with customer businessunits and clients to identifydirectionofapplication. - Ensure businessrequirements are supported by the application. - Liaison between customerbusiness units and the technical team. - Analyze, define, anddocument how the applications will support functionalandbusinessrequirements.Coordinate these efforts withtechnicalteam/productspecialists/programmers. - Understandsupporting/interfacing system applications. - Understand prioritizingwork based on business needsrequests,applicationbuilds for work affectingthe application. - Manage the accomplishmentof delivery metrics, Service LevelAgreementsandother contractual obligationswithin areas of responsibility. - Coordinate and conductproject review meetings with Management, GroupTeamLead,and Business Units asrequired. - Monitor and measuremaintenance and development process effectiveness. - Communicate clearly theprogram/application goals, and policiesandproceduresto the technical team,business team, and end users. Experience in usingMS/Project. Required to maintain time in the ITcontractortimekeeping system. The selected Candidate mustsubmit to a criminal background checkandfingerprinting.
