I have read the first few chapters of APRESS.COM : Beginning Django
E-Commerce : 9781430225355
<http://www.apress.com/book/view/9781430225355>and have an OK idea of
what is happening.

Based on Bruce's reply that Windows is not a commonly used platform in the
satchmo world I believe that is what I am running into.

I am trying to decide if less time would be spent trying to get it to work
on Windows or setting up a Linux box to learn satchmo.

Ugh. And I am on a lightspeed deadline. Time for more coffee.
