In fact, when I stop working on my current ecom project, I think I'll be setting up a virtual Windows machine on my Mac & go through the hair-pulling of actually installing Satchmo on it so I can better understand what Windows users are experiencing. As I learn something, I'll try to start creating some sort of "Satchmo on Windows: Let me hold your hands, please" docs for all the Windows folks out there. Maybe try to start tracking down why these bugs are so persistent there.
