OK, but did you reset your DB or reuse a Paypal account?  One problem I've
had is testing using an invoice number that has already been used with *that
paypal business (sandbox) account*.

Maybe I was using a particular sandbox Paypal account to test some client
last year, and then I try to use it to test a new client this year.  Oops,
invoice # clash is possible!
