This happened on the first order I tried to complete and every order
after that. I tried resetting both the sandbox biz and the per
accounts and other than having to enter credit card information again
the outcome was the same. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by
reset my DB. I'm creating new orders every time I test this and this
is my first satchmo powered site so nothing should be getting reused.
