Hmm, I'm not sure, but I think this implementation will have nefarious
effects sometimes.  If the message is rejected due to (say) size limit, the
user won't get a bounce.

This is important for me, because GNUN builds often generate large diffs,
which I read at least partially in the bounced message.  And the most
important information is the files which were modified/added...
