They meant that this is a problem on gnu.org's end. I'll try to re-contact
them whenever I can.

"perhaps it would be much easier to setup a gnu.org account for you as
Turkish team co-ordinator :-)". I wouldn't say "no" as I'm already checking
7-8 different accounts every day, once more wouldn't much hurt me... =)
