#9 is a very old comment.
https://github.com/bitcoinknots/bitcoin/archive/0.13.x-knots.zip has a
complete copy of the current code now.
I'm not sure I consider it reasonable to require a licensing notice on every
single documentation (ie, non-code; *.md) file, though... In any case, these
are all maintained upstream, with less than 10 lines changed in Knots, except
for release notes, which I've never seen any project put a copyright notice
on.
