In addition to that, I think I can claim my project as "GNU General Public License v2 or later", from the faq text: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#AllCompatibility And I think Savannah has exceptions and it seems not only because of the "historical reasons" (projects "historical" approved till to the last year), so I think I could leave some words to comment these "historical" exceptions of course.
