#219: Segfault crash with input.jack()

 OK, this seems semi random, so might be a race issue (I make about 10
 connections to icecast).

 Anyway, found that using a named stream seems to cause make the problem
 arise. It doesn't always happen though. Without a name there seems no
 issue. It also probably is due to the fact I have several connections.

 ^ contains a somewhat rubbish backtrace, but does seem to give some hint
 relating to a ring buffer issue. I'll send you the liq scripts separately
 and I don't mind if you use the server details in them if they aren't left
 anywhere public.
