Hi all !
AAC+ is, to my knowledge, just a particular profile for the general AAC
encoding algoritm. Hence, yes, faad also decodes AAC+.
The reason why it decodes well with sam and not with libaacplus is simple:
libaacplus is shit :-)
As soon as another library is available, we should switch to it !
