Unfortunately I don't think so..
libaacplus is basicaly a wrapper around the reference code published by
3GPP (the consortium that standardised AAC(+?)). It is a peace of junk
code, and it wasn't meant for production at anytime....
Unfortunately also, so far that's the only alternative where we have the
source code...
