with icy-metadata set to 0 i don't have metadata updates, but failures
still takes place. now we can say that it is not related to metadata.
by the way, i have aac+ encoders in sam broadcaster. when faad reads
stream from sam broadcaster via input.harbor everything is ok. troubles
are only on streams that encoded with libaacplus
