Its not that I am not confident about the patch but more that its a
technical trick.
I'm proud that I have done it because I've been thinking for a long time
about how icecast was doing it so I am glad I see now how it works -- and
that it works as I imagined. However, I am not convinced because still it
remains a hack, which we are not even sure is approriate to solve the
initial problem.
If it was showen to solve the original problem, I would commit it though..
On a little off-topic line, icecast actually does a whole ogg stream
demuxing/remuxing, and probably for each client.. I am more and more
convinced that using the ogg container for stream was not exactly the best
idea on earth :-)
