I don't use input.harbor at the moment. I only use input.http to relay  
an external stream coming from a distant webradio.
Do both functions work the same way?

My source using "input.http" is defined in my script, even if it is  
relayed only 1 hour per day (for the news bulletin).
As the external stream (radio) is permanently on air, buffer overruns  
are permanent 24/7. This is the reason why I figured that sources are  
permanently running in background.

May be I could settle a schedule to start this source a few minutes  
before switching to it, and stop it after?
