Hi, The first thing to check is whether the liquidsoap sources are warning about not being fast enough: do you see "need to catchup" messages in your logs?
Otherwise, if liquidsoap thinks it's streaming fast enough, and you trust your network links, this might be a clock issue: either liquidsoap is too slow for icecast because the computers' clocks disagree, or the listening boxes are too fast for icecast for the same reason. These issues can be quite intricate to debug and fix, but not impossible. However, it's often enough to do the most basic thing: use NTP on all machines to synchronize clocks reasonably well.
