Good Morning, Larry,
My understanding is that people will be exercising their right to
address the board during the Parent and Community Comment regarding their
ideas and support of capacity plans. I always have and always will support
citizens' rights to petition their elected officials.
I am not implying that they will be active participants on the board
agenda/discussions.
