[This message was sent to the School Board]
Dick Gaffron and Others I received copies of your email exchange with Larry Laber. I think I can clear this up. Larry was not involved in the decision not to place you on the agenda for Feb 7. I received a note on Jan 25 from my secretary that the "Rollingstone site-based team would like to schedule a presentation on the 'Future of School' at a board meetings. When?" I told Judy Davis that the site team was welcome to present to the board, but I wanted to avoid the Feb 7 study session due to the discussion of the board motion that directed the administration to developo a recommendation that would close Lincoln and keep open all neighborhood schools. Apparently this was not communicated to you. It was not because we were "too busy with other things". If you and the site-base team would like to present to the board I will put you on the agenda for the March 7 Study Session. If this is your wish, please let me know. Sorry about the confusion.
