[schooltool] Possible problem with time zones

I have set up a schoolbell server. The calendar is configured for  
time zone Europe / Stockholm (that is GMT + 1). The timezone in iCal  
is set to Europe / Stockholm (CEST). events are displayed correctly  
in iCal, but two hours wrong (two hours later) in both the web view  
and subscribing iCals (they are also set to Europe / Stockholm (CEST)).

Any ideas?
