Well afaik 1700-1900 (UTC) is same as 1500-1700 (Europe / Stockhol), But yes - at the moment SchoolTool converts all events into UTC which is a known issue (missing feature in fact), because all times are stored as UTC internaly. Ignas Mikalajūnas
