Sorry about the confusion.
It would seem that the time of the event is correctly displayed in
the webcalendar, but not in the subscribing iCal. It set the wrong
time zone for the calendar. The event in the subscribing iCal is off
by 2 hours (later).
In other words:
1 Publishing iCal (Europe / Stockholm) displays 1500-1700
2 Schoolbell webrendering (Europe / Stockholm) displays 1500-1700
3 Subscribing calendar (View is set to Europe / Stockholm, but
subscribed calendar shows GMT) displays 1700-1900

Is Schoolbell missing when doing time zone calculations?
