Well, your system probably lacks something.

PS Would you want more serious help, replace 'somehow' with detailed
information what you did, and how did it fail - in particular which
error message you got.

PS2 Most likely reason is ... lack of something (make, gcc, tcl
libraries, tcl development headers, ...). At least this was the reason
of all failures I've seen so far. Error message you get should make
it possible to guess what you lack.
