The idea of a DGT board is very appealing to me but there is very little to no supported software for OS X (that doesn't require X-windows and gigs of gnome dependencies), so this might be excuse enough to actually buy one. :-)
I don't know what the current implementation looks like or what you have in mind, but whatever it is it shouldn't be too different between Linux and OS X.
