Hi everybody. Trevor pointed out in issue #863 that there is no pdf documentation available. It seems it hasn't been build for the last couple of releases. In particular with the tutorials it might be good if we could build at least the user guide.
I ran into some troubles building the docs and I'm quite busy at the moment. If someone could have a look, I'd really appreciate that. WDYT?
