It's a build in Sphinx feature. Instead of building the documentation with
``make html``, you type ``make latex``, and it builds a latex
documentation. Then, you go in the _build/latex folder, and there's a
makefile for building latex to pdf (or ps) documentation. I think the
command is ``make pdf-all``.
Everything is explained in the sphinx documentation, and is very straight
forward.
