I now use VMWare player for most Linux development. Its slower than running Linux for real but its very fast to hop into and out of or to switch between distributions. If you've got a couple of gigabytes free disk and a recent processor its quite a reasonable way to work. The VMWare player is free and there are a bunch of free virtual machines for most of the popular distributions http://www.vmware.com/products/player/ Virtual machines: http://www.vmware.com/vmtn/appliances/community.html Neil _______________________________________________ Scite-interest mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.lyra.org/mailman/listinfo/scite-interest
