Andi,

I use the Schlumberger Cyberflex Software Development Kit Version 4.2
available for purchase on Schlumberger's home page. A description can be
found at http://www.cyberflex.com/Products/SDK_4_2/sdk_4_2.html.
Unfortunately, it is expensive (~350 USD).

I know it is theoretically possible to generate the .jar file needed for
upload with just Sun's Javacard API. It may also be possible to upload the
final .cap file to the card using the ADPU's defined in the Cyberflex Access
32K Card Programming Guide, available at
http://www.cyberflex.com/Support/Documentation/CyberflexPG_4-2.pdf (using a
Load command followed by an Install command). It seems the only missing
piece is that you have to use the Schlumberger SDK to change the .jar file
into a .cap file.

Can somebody on the list confirm this? This is what I have experienced, and
I decided to shell out the cash for the SDK in the end.
