* AI updates

     AI: Bonnie will craft some email to start a separate
         process discussion about how the ON RTI process will work.

         NOT DONE. See next agenda item below.

     AI: Putting 0.9.5 on os.org servers. Will be done as part of more
         general server upgrade plan. IN PROGRESS: Upgrade plan in
         progress on Bonnie's team for the machines that use Mercurial.
         More detail as plan is finalized.

         IN PROGRESS

     AI: Dave Marker will try to take a look at the interface.
         Everyone else is encouraged to do the same and send input
         about issues, requests, etc.

         ON HOLD: Dave pulled for an Indiana firedrill for the moment.

     AI: Bonnie to ask MikeS if he thinks SCM console user interface
         is ok as-is for SFW for now.

         DONE: Email sent to Mike
         UPDATE: MikeK will talk to Mike and show him the interface
                 so it can be evaluated for SFW.

     AI: Bonnie will set up a meeting with Bill/Meem/Linda re:
         documentation to get that started.

         Transferred to Michelle Olson: IN PROGRESS

     AI: Bonnie will follow up on Stacey Marshall's email requesting
         that some internal documentation be moved outside.

         Transferred to Michelle Olson: IN PROGRESS

* AI: ON RTI discussion

   Bonnie would like to give this to the ON people since it will
   involve discussion about ON process and she won't have time to
   get to this until some time in May.

   In the 3/14 meeting, the topic of an RTI process came up in a
   discussion about the rti/rtichk tools. Since the tools are
   currently tied to WebRTI, it wasn't clear how far we can go with
   rti/rtichk without the new OpenRTI tool. Which then led to
   questions about the process and how we will be handling questions
   currently on the WebRTI tool that can't be part of an open tool.

   OpenRTI has a project page: http://opensolaris.org/project/openrti

   MikeK has been trading email with Larry Lam because Larry is
   interested in setting up a Mercurial repository.

   Conclusion: AI: Jbeck will talk with Valerie and Miguel about
   figuring out status and plans for the OpenRTI tool and then
   moving to any process planning or other discussions that might
   be needed.

* Internal code review

   Are we ready to start an internal code review (follow-up from
   discussion in 3/21 meeting)?

   MikeK still needs to go through the open bugs to rank according
   to risk. We also have feedback from Bill Sommerfeld that we
   should be sure is incorporated before a final review.

* Recommit code in Cadmium

   Technical discussion was held this week. Decision: continue
   with the current implementation.

* Test Plan draft

   Jim Walker (via email) is targeting Monday, 4/7 to have this
   available.

* OpenSolaris Developer Summit

   Question about doing a talk about the SCM Migration at
   the Summit. There is a request for a detailed project
   plan that seems to be looking for a date on which external
   committers can put back to an outside ON gate. We don't
   have that level of detail available, but consensus was
   that it might be a good idea to do a talk for education,
   change management, information flow, etc.

   MikeK will send email to the summit alias and suggest
   something and see what the response is.
