Yep - its there. But there's nothing in it. It looks like the
structure has been generated without the content. I'll have to look
further into it....

That's right. You probably won't hit it. Mmmm... how about other users
of Bugzilla 3.0 though ? It be nice to change the tag name and rerun the
testsuite.
