Hi Kate, Have you run Bugzilla's ./checksetup.pl ? Does your Bugzilla installation work ?

Well, if you are trying to get integration with Bugzilla 3.4 working, you need to make sure you set the appropriate Bugzilla version in daemon.conf. It seems that right now it is set to 3.1.2. I hope this helps.
