It doesn't list anything, catdir builds paths in an OS independent
way, e.g. using / vs. \. "use lib" must be used with the lib-directory
of Bugzilla because "use lib" doesn't include paths recursive, but just
subdirectories with a specified naming convention. And the lib-dir of
Bugzilla is $inst_dir/lib or $inst_dir\lib, what is built by catdir.
