Now would be a good time to upgrade apache. the configuration file can the be recustomised to your doc root etc. I appares that the software mention below has damaged or replace lib or the binary show try builing the latest version. and if you have a backup of the original conf dropping that in place will attain the same LOS (level of service) as before.
