hello,
i just thought i'd mention a couple of other bands some of you may enjoy if
you dig SDRE
hum: this band is very underappreciated. if you have not heard their latest
album, downward is heavenward, you are really missing out. they are a bit
heavier than SDRE at times, but mix it with great melodies and interesting
lyrics.
check them out.
radiohead: this one is a bit obvious, i think..i'm new to the list but i'd
be willing to bet many of you guys also love this band. they are the only
band i can actually say i like as much as SDRE. ok computer is one of the
greatest rock albums to be released in ages..thom yorke's voice is absolutely
incredible. i can't really begin to describe them..all i have to say is, if
you don't have at least one radiohead record (either ok computer or the
slightly more rockin' the bends) then you've missed out on one of the best
bands on the planet today.
