Thanks for speaking up.  I appreciate you being straightforward about
what you are interested and not interested in.

If you have time, I'd be interested to hear what in specific you're
afraid I'm going to talk about?  You said something derisive about
"corporate sensitivity training", but that doesn't mean much to me.
If there's stuff you've experienced in the past that went badly I'd
love to hear about it so I can avoid repeating those mistakes!

A minute or two now could save you 15 minutes of pain tonight. :)
