Hi Peter,

This won't be my first time attending an SDRuby meeting. Well, ok, it
_will_ be the first time in a long time but that's beside the point...
It doesn't sound like Erik will be taking an HR approach to the topic,
but more of an academic approach. An HR approach would indeed be
dreadful, but I think you'd have had to have spent some time in HR to
pull off such a boring presentation.
Anyway, a little controversy might liven up the meeting a little
(yes!). I applaud Erik for offering to give the talk, no matter what
it turns out to be.
