Unfortunately San Diego has very little competition and usually you will
notice a local monopoly.
Where I live we basically have the choice between TimeWarner and AT&T (new
to the area but they seem to only sell bundled packages and I don't need
TV/Phone either).

what's the best bang for your buck in San Diegan internet?
