Calpop located up in LA.  If you read the reviews, they are fairly
mixed.  I haven't had any problems.  The data center wasn't as clean
and nice looking as cari.net here in SD, but it works :-).

I'm not familiar with Jail for OpenBSD.  I'm pretty pleased w/ OpenVZ.
Even where I work now, the infrastructure group is looking towards
moving away from VM Ware and towards Virtuozzo.

OpenVZ looks (functionally) similar to jails (under FreeBSD).  Won't quite
work for me.. then, there's nothing out there that really does (for free or
otherwise cheap).
