Mirosoft Update site I'm up to date.
I loaded FlightGear-1.99.5-RC2 on my Windows XP Pro. SP3 box.
FlightGear will not start. Missing MSVCR71.dll not found error.
Is this a file I should have?

As a precursor to submitting my GPS / route-manager work after 1.90 is
released, here's a tiny extension to SGRoute. A small thing, but an
important one, at least for my code - it makes the index of the

the script ./compile which is one of my own and install them in my user
space (http://seb.marque.free.fr/fichiers/flightgear/compile.tgz can do

I can't currently be really aware about release candidates but I have a
though about the version of plib needed for FG, which is now 1.8.5. But
as far as I've checked (Debian sid/experimental and Ubuntu Intrepid)
only plib1.8.4 is available in repos (except a doc package in experimental

Please note that earlier in the week, I upgraded the 787 in CVS. Like I had
mentioned previously, I would be inclined to swap the 777 in the base package
for the 787. I am still open to that suggestion, but I have hardly had a
chance to play with the new 787. I will try to do some te
