It seems that svn is not working or at least on my system but I was able to
get the latest (436) in ZIP format.
With the changes listed below, I had no problems compiling the code.
I was able to run the app on a mac (Sierra 10.12.3).

I'm starting next week with 10.2 tokyo on a seperate machine. I'm busy

I didn't have any build issues with c++ 10.1 Berlin. Perhaps I will
recreate the c++ packages from scratch with 10.2 and it helps.
