This new query is a follow-up to my earlier informal survey questions
concerning digital streaming rights. The UCLA case has caused some debate
within our library and I've been charged with trying to get as much feedback as
I can on the following question so I can inform my colleagues.

don't mind breaking the law and screwing rights holders, but don't do it under
the illusion it is legal and protected by the copyright law.
