Hence quality IT education cannot be guaranteed. To address this gap, in 2005, Enable India started Training the Trainers course for trainers who will teach computers to the persons with vision impairment. This program was launched to enhance the teaching methodologies of the trainers in various aspects of computers. This TOT is being conducted for the teachers of different schools, NGOs & individuals who will provide computer & Employability training for visually impaired candidates. Re: [AI] Teamviewer support.
Hello friends, Yesterday I too tried team viewer. I was able to do all the things which timi did in addition I also removed one software from the host machine. The reason for not working of start key is that team viewer asks do you want to forward the shortcuts? if we press yes then, I think it works. Other vise it doesn't. I am still exploring it. So can't give any wordict. But bottom line is, it is manageable to a large extent. If you have jaws installed in both the machines then you will hear two jawses at a time. So you will have to quit at least one of them for best performance. If you will quit the jaws of host computer then the performance should improve drastically because it will not have to transmit audio via internet connection. yes I tried one of my friends computer. I did following: 1. open one of his drive. 2. play the song. didn't check much. these thinks I have done with the help of jaws. but, littile bit accessability should improve. for example some time while pressing start button, start menu is not working. hope they will fix in the next release. Re: [AI] Telegraph: Exam scribe leeway for the disabled
These guidelines are not ferment to increase fake cases of the blind. I don't disclaim the idea that such cases may expand but i can not dispute any favorable development to prevent this miner suffering. Fake cases have been there since a long time as revealed time to time in government jobs. Many people write their exams at their own even they are visually handicapped, I have seen few candidates writing UPSC exam at their own and reading exam paper like any other sighted candidate, the fact is that who ever is above 40% handicapped is eligible to avail the facility. As government has introduced these guidelines, also the govt should make the process of issuing handicapped certificate more stringent so that only genuin cases could be on benifitted side. What govt can do here doctors have to play honestly while doing examination for identification of disability.
