Avichal,

Try pressing volume up and down keys together for at least 4/5 seconds. If 
it does not work, you will require to check direct access under advance 
setting of accessibility . Set volume up and down key as direct access to 
turn on or off Talkback in your mobile device.

I endorse your opinion.

By creating such group on whatsap or instagram, we will lose the 
significants of a mailing list.


This would be a tedious practise to post long and detailed messages using 
mobile devices. You cannot enjoy the writing on mobile device which you do 
enjoy using your PC.


Beside this, it would be an extra burdon on moble to clutter with so many 
voice notes and chats.

This  is just my opinion.
Already, there are couple of WhatsApp groups running across the country 
for

this purpose. And, the group can accommodate only 256 members at a time.
This list contains almost 1000 subscribers and, you may not accommodate
every 1 from this list.
Also, there might be a chances of misusing the contact numbers of the
subscribers.

Absolutely not.

AccessIndia has its identity on e mail and whatsapp cannot accommodate us all 
in a single group.
Moreover I believe whatsapp cannot enhance better communication standards"" as 
alleged, on the other hand, whatsapp has devalued them substantially.

I don't also subscribe to the view that whatsapp is more handy and so on.

It's a treat for both sighted and persons with vision loss as it's
colorful and tactual.
My message behind this painting is that it should be a reminder to
people that although one's life is hectic, they should take time to
spend doing the things they find peace in.
I am visually impaired myself, i thought i'd never be able to get back
to painting.  but i sure was wrong.  All the paintings i did were done
by me and certainly i did take help to paint finer areas and for using
strong glues like Feviquick.
It would be nice to know what you all think of it.  Thanks for taking
time for reading this.

Send an email to the manager on the official ID.

Let the manager put in writing why he is not providing all the services. In 
case he does not respond, do send a couple of reminder mails and later you can 
lodge a complaint with Banking Ombudsman of RBI.

It is necessary to have it documented.

present, don't purchase a tv using external settop box. IDTV is a new

yes everything is spoken the tv is 100% accessible excluding netflix
and prime video.
but once you start settopbox and go to input source and select hdmi1
nothing is spoken.
so talkback doesnt read the channel numbers name or any text that
appears from settopbox.
yes you can install jiotv app but now jio is blocking running jiotv
app to run if you dont have jio fiber or a jio network.
yes if you find a accessible app you can watch channels from internet
but you really need high speed internet for full hd or if you are
going 4k then you need 20mbps or 25mbps depending on how many devices
connect to the same internet at the tv watching time

Amit Pahuja if you want to go for a tv that requires a external set
top box you should go for Iffalcon 40f2a i also have same and as its
stock android accessibility is best.
regarding mi tv it also has talkback out of the box but accessibility
i dont know.
regarding service centers we dont need to worry much only it should be
in our city or district cause we are not going to take the tv to the
service center they will come home and fix things.
regarding thundering and lightning no1 will gurenty that the product
will last thats why if you open the first or second page of even the
most expensive tv its said unplug it if there is a thunder storm.
so if you follow what they say it will have no problems.

Hi Faizal,

Talkback and Voice Assistant both are Screen Reader applications. Therefore, 
both applications can not be used simultaneously.


Yes, you can activate Voice Assistant or even google talkback independently 
without any assistance.


In Samsung Galaxy A50, Just go to Accessibility and navigate to it's advance 
setting menu.
You will find direct access as a first option under advance setting. You may 
set Voice Assistant as direct access through volume up and down key or power 
key and volume up key. Suppose you set direct access to volume up and down 
key for Voice Assistant, you would be able to any time deactivate or 
activate Voice Assistant by pressing volume up and down key together. 
Talkback can also be set as direct access by following the similar way.

Recently when I was checking with Samsung galaxy A50 I could see only
Samsung voice assistance. But no talkback. my question is, are these
phones will not come with preinstalled talkback? And if it is no then
can we install it from play store and can we use both google talkback
and voice assistance simultaneously? And another question is that with
out taking sighted people help can we activate Samsung voice
assistance?
