Dear all, each person have different approach, they did not know any thing about you and they called you for face to face interview, your interview went well based on your profile but, they rejected you by saying we cannot take risk by giving you job here. in my case in this situation it is going hurt me very much it is vaste of time and money not only you but a friend of you or anybody who come with you. I know most of you do not agree but it actually true. disclosing your disability do not mean, you are not confident or discarige yourself it is fact your telling about you. I do not know how many of you got jobs with out showing your C.Vs and profiles but, I got junier associate job only on the basis of face to face interview and they already know that I am visually challenged person. I feel very happy when they know I am Vi person before offering job treating me equally like every employee in the company or law firm. My examination centre is almost 40-hours away from the place I stays. Why railway department do not consider the convinience of the visually challenged applicants? and also we will have to submit the scribe detials with application, even if we try to appear for the exam the scribe cannot effort to come with us due to his personnel engagements like; job and college. Cont we hav any solution for this kind of exames? I feel compromising both parties to marriage and money compensation is not a justice to the victums. with the increase of laws in the society the crimes are also increased rapidly, particularly rape crimes are high in compare to murders. so, keeping society in mind the rape should treat equilent to murder and the rapests should be given life imprezonment or they should be hanged. if anybody respond to this, what could be right punishment for rapests?
