I too use the same. The dialer software is accessible with JAWS cursor. Here's how you can setup the connection and connect/disconnect. When you plug-in the data card, the software launches automatically. If using it for the first time on a computer, it runs the installer first. The installer is very simple and accessible. After the gadget is installed and all the inputs are fed once using the help of a sighted person, you can use the short cut created in the start menu. Its installation is smooth, but activating is bit difficult, and needs sighted assistance. Once your data card is active, you can connect the internet from, Start menu settings submenu control panel network connections. Select Reliance, now press the application key/ right click and hit enter twice on connect button.
