Prayer Requests

Hello.Well right now I'm going through some things so I have asked for prayer in another topic. Anyway, I thought I would try something here, have people post their prayer requests, and people who want to can pray for them. I don't want arguments breaking out so I just figure whatever faith you follow you can have people from other religions pray for you. I keep crashing dorring take off and it keeps telling me that it is either because the landing gear is down, or the flaps were retracted. If I try retracting the landing gear while taking off it gives me the message that my flaps were retracted when they weren't. Any idea on what I am doing wrong? I am on the very first training mission.

Hello.Well sorry for bringing back  an old, old topic.Well once again I am in need of prayer. My brother is starting his usual bs again. I wasn't here but apparently he threatened my dad. And my dad cannot have stress. He just had open-heart surgery back in January and he's still recovering. I guess they fought about the back door being unlocked at night and my brother started going on about how he was going to beat up my dad like he did before. I wasn't there but I believe my dad, my so-called step-brother lies all the time just for fun. My dad went down to the court and got a restraining order, and the brother is at a motel somewhere. The good thing is that he's gone for now at least. When I came home before my mom took him to the hotel he was screaming at everybody and threatening to kill my dad. For now things are okay.If you would pray for me, and for my family, that we'll be okay, and take all of our anxiety away. And pray that
  my brother won't come back to this house. Really, when he's not around, things are great almost no upset at all.Please pray for me because I feel like I'm going insane. All this fighting, and worrying about my dad is tearing me up. I know it's not true but when terrible things happen like this, I feel like God has abandoned me. If you could keep me and my family in your prayers I would appreciate it.

Hello Blademan.There are a lot of good suggestions here. Something I would like to see is descriptions of weapons, armor, things like that. It would be interesting to go into a menu for armor and read about the armor, it's description, it's stats, if it has been damaged, things like that. A training system would be interesting also. I don't mean press a button on a stat and train it up, I mean actually having to do things to train and raise your player's stats. For example, you might train your strength by running, lifting weights or that sort of thing. You get the idea.Powerful enemies that players might have to band together to beat. It would be nice to have a game where it encourages team-work between players, but also has pvp. I have more ideas, but I'll just leave these for now.

Oh man, I used to play those pet games a whole lot.Try creatureworld.com.That used to be accessible way back when I used to play it.Then there's neopets.comAlso gyropets.com.Don't quote me on that last one, I can't quite remember how it's spelled.you could always google virtual pets online, and get a bunch of links that way.I really wanted to do manapets, but it's not accessible, as far as I know.But then again, it's been ages since I played on any of these. Hmmm, I do know the sudosan game was developed by the webmasters of this site, Richard and Sander, but i'm not sure if it's back up after the recent crash, maybe ask in the "audiogames exclusive games" room of the forum.As to Soundoku, I'm actually not sure since the website still seems to be up, the flash controls didn't work which was odd. On the plus side I can say the ultimate soundocu from draconis is still available. Unfortunately Draconis seem to have changed their site agin! (more db editing needed), But you can Read about and buy the game here I know Ultimate Sudoku was supposed to be an accessible Sudoku game taking into account the fact that free versions like spoonbill's were available and supposedly giving more bang for your buck the fact you'd need to buy the game. whether or not this is true I don't know, still if the demo i
 s still available you could give it a try as all the draconis games work fine on windows 10. As to android, I would be a bit surprised if there wasn't a Sudoku game kicking around somewhere,not having an android device I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure where.

So far, April hasn't gone to well for me. I've been losing a few valuable things like my blue tooth headset and my voice sense. I put them in a certain place, but when I checked that spot they were gone. I've also had late night depression for several years, but it's gotten worse this month, thinking of checking into a doctor to see what the problem is. other than that stuff though, this month has been kind of dull for me. I've been lacking in activities that I'm interested in.

@death: That's actually along the lines of what I've been considering. Like you need credits to buy resources, weapons and ammo, etc. Maybe I'll limit how many items you can buy in a certain amount of time at certain levels so donators won't get too powerful. You can find those credits (though they will be rare) or earn them somehow.That way free players will have access to the exact same things donators do, it's just that donators will have more currency to spend. It actually provides donators more incentive to level, so that they can buy more things in a shorter period of time with their credits or whatever.The item limit is the only good way I've thought up that limits donators as well as free players. If anyone can think of a better system, I'd love to hear it.

As I said, the map creator would mark as finished. See, just as the public option is implemented, the finished one would work the same way. If people didn't think their map was finished, they could delete thefinishedline from their file and their map would appear once again in the unfinished map section.

Hello.I love sudoku although I've never managed to complete one lol. Wasn't there one called soundoku that had sounds instead of numbers? It's in the database, although I'm not sure if it's still available.The spoonbill one is really good, and he now has download links to the games so you don't have to request them from him, you can just pick them up quickly. The others I've never played, I can't figure paying for a sudoku puzzle that you can get for free usually.Hth.

Hmmm Gemini you do bring up an interesting point, since I have noticed on occasion games which are literally so! open they make any play progress impossible simply due to lack of information. This indeed kept happening in  4dimensions mud where I'd try something and then find I needed something or someone else that was miles away or literally impossible to find. For example one problem had which I detailed in the 4dimensions topic was where an npc told me to bring them a bundle of skins, and it actually turned out that "bundle" in this case didn't just mean a number of skins bundled together, but an actual skin container needed to hold skins, a container which you needed to get from an entirely different zone, indeed an entirely different time period  of the game.I'm quite happy with exploring, but simply wandering around a map at random which is about ten thousand rooms in size even I! can get a little disheartened if there isn
 't an idea of where to find something I need for some process task or progression,  eg, I do remember in wayfare1444 once spending literally days running over the planet map looking for a place where I could gather sand!yes sand! (sadly the ascii map available to others wasn't accessible and this was before the gm had let us search for different terrain types in the game). then there is the problem of simply not knowing which actions in a given place are needed to find something, eg, I recently had trouble in lament because I wanted to start weaving but couldn't find any plants with fibres to weave and no where was I informed in the help files that I just needed to gather flax pretty much on any wilderness tyle.Of course, this is also more of a problem in games such as muds which work on text descriptions and inputting commands, since if you are talking about an audiogame, or a graphical game where you can explore around and simpy find flax lying on 
 the floor it's less of an issue though even there it might be a problem if there is some obscurity to use or pgoression in some way that is not clear, eg, there is a gem gathering activity but nobody tells you you  to have raised your perception stat to actually find the gems on the map, though I agree in those cases of activities being told "go and find gems" is far more interesting than being told "go five north, two east and one south to find the gem quarry and dig there"Generally speaking I'd say part of the difference in terms of direction a difference between activities based on searching and quests based on a distinct story. "activities" whether that be shooting zombies, gathering craftable materials or finding asteroids in your spaceship to mine can be absolutely fine with little to no direction so long as you know you might! find commands/or processes to progress with them and the game isn't so complex that you

  do the fishing you then run into a frog which turns out to have been the sage of courage magically transformed etc. Indeed that sort of quest sequence can actually be satisfying since it can give you the impression that  making choices even when on a specific path, or even let you explore fairly extensively but never be short on where you need to go to continue the story. It's ironic how much difference I once experienced in two different tabletop games between one gm who said "You ride into the village and such and such happens", and another who said "okay, your outside the village what do you want to do?" Of course as I said above, unfortunately you only can! have that sort of true creativity with a human gm who is as creative as her/his players and can form a story around them,  eg if the gm has a plot involving a mad woodcutter the players might encounter him in the village if they enter, or outside in the forest if they do
 n't, but clever writing and game construction can give this impression if a quest is well written enough, after all this is exactly how gamebooks work, and yet anyone will know who has played through some

Myself I like a mix dependent upon the game, though even in a heavy activity based game where I am say crafting or mining or hell just exploring around and finding things to fight, I  to feal that I'm actively moving purposefully rather than flailing around. Iindeed this might be simply the distinction, people like purposive action as opposed to purposeless, pointless action (we have enough of that in everyday life).

@Amerikranian: The lts is the laser tagging system. Cruise missiles depend on it. Cruise missiles are fully radar-guided autopilot missiles that lock on to a target through the lts. So what you do is when you hear that solid lock tone, which I take it you are hearing it, then hit space or your trigger if you're using a controller. If done right you should hear your rio say something like, we've got the fucker! Time to kick some ass! You should only have to hit space once. Now switch to the cruise missile and let'em have it! AS for landing, first descend to somethin like 5000 feet or so, then start slowing down. The best thing to do would be to slow down to the point where pressing down arrow triggers the stall warning. Then, dive to an angle of attack of about -30 degrees. Make sure that you're within 5 miles or less of the landing beacon. Remember, when you drop below 1000 feet, hit g to take out your landing gear.

Hi Sean-Terry01.I don't think that would be good. It would be very hard to learn programming with an audio tutorial. It's not like games, where when somebody does an audio walkthrough where you  can listen and understand what's going on. You would have to listen very carefully to the code, and I don't think anyone would want to read the code out loud, line by line, letter by letter. To give you an example, on an applevis podcast, they were demonstrating how to use x-code. It was interesting, but he didn't have keyboard echo on so you couldn't hear the code, and VoiceOver didn't read it back. Now I'm not trying to be rude, it was a fine podcast, it's just unclear. Bgt had an audio tutorial, but what you were supposed to do was listen to the tutorial, and read along in the manual itself in case something in the audio tutorial was unclear. That's really no way to learn how to code. If you really want to be a programmer do t
 he work, learn syntax and things. There are plenty of resources available to you. Read CToth's blog posts. Also read camlorn's blog blindly coding. He's always doing interesting things, and reading a blog like that will give you some familiarity with programming. You will get a really good understanding of how code works. You should read lines of code letter by letter, so you can understand what they do. This is something you will have to do anyway to catch bugs. Personally I would suggest learning python, it's syntax is easy to understand, and it's a good starting point for a beginner. Of course you can learn any programming language that you enjoy. It just all depends on your personal preference.Hth.

John and Slender basically nailed it. Let's take this hypothetical situation where something possessed Microsoft to do this wonderful branch you speak of. In a situation where Microsoft will not hide their understandable but blatant unwillingness to work with anything open source, they have two choices. They can either release their branch as closed source and proprietary, thereby violating the gpl. And don't think for a second that the outcry will be falling on deaf ears either. Microsoft has been a prime target for the guys over at the Free Software Foundation, and rightfully so, because Microsoft are very much defective by design, but I won't go on for hours about the reasons why. Their second option that wouldn't put them at risk of tarnishing their reputation would be to simply not want anything to do with anything open source. Only, sidenote, it doesn't seem like that's entirely true, it's said that their server is running on Apache, *ahem*
  if you wanna talk hypocrisy, that's it. They could've damn well run their server on, well duh, windows server? Granted there's Apache for windows, but that too is open sourced, and if they were as anti-open sourced as they say they are they wouldn't be practically endorsing it by using Apache. But enough rambling about that, just thought I'd point that out. Ok, back to the real situation. Even if Microsoft somehow wanted to work with open sourced software, making a synth is beneath them by a longshot. That's akin to asking Apple to make a braille display. It, just, makes, no, sense. Either way, what makes you think they'll carry through with it? You're old enough to have seen Microsoft through with their early synth efforts. You've probably seen every cop-out, every letdown. I'm sorry, but while they may be great with xbox accessibility, which don't get me wrong, I really do commend them for that despite all this, but I will not fall for anymore of their synth-creating escapades unless they pull something of the caliber of Google Wavenet out of thin air. John and Slender basically nailed it. Let's take this hypothetical situation where something possessed Microsoft to do this wonderful branch you speak of. In a situation where Microsoft will not hide their understandable but blatant unwillingness to work with anything open source, they have two choices. They can either release their branch as closed source and proprietary, thereby violating the gpl. And don't think for a second that the outcry will be falling on deaf ears either. Microsoft has been a prime target for the guys over at the Free Software Foundation, and rightfully so, because Microsoft are very much defective by design, but I won't go on for hours about the reasons why. Their second option that wouldn't put them at risk of tarnishing their reputation would be to simply not want anything to do with anything open source. Only, sidenote, it doesn't seem like that's entirely true, it's said that their server is running on Apache, *ahem*
  if you wanna talk hypocrisy, that's it. They could've damn well run their server on, well duh, windows server? Granted there's Apache for windows, but that too is open sourced, and if they were as anti-open sourced as they say they are they wouldn't be practically endorsing it by using Apache. Even if Microsoft somehow wanted to work with open sourced software, making a synth is beneath them by a longshot. That's akin to asking Apple to make a braille display. It, just, makes, no, sense. Hmmm Gemini you do bring up an interesting point, since I have noticed on occasion games which are literally so! open they make any play progress impossible simply due to lack of information. This indeed kept happening in  dimensions mud where I'd try something and then find I needed something or someone else that was miles away or literally impossible to find. For example one problem had which I detailed in the 4dimensions topic was where an npc told me to bring them a bundle of skins, and it actually turned out that "bundle" in this case didn't just mean a number of skins bundled together, but an actual skin container needed to hold skins, a container which you needed to get from an entirely different zone of the game.I'm quite happy with exploring, but simply wandering around a map is about ten thousand rooms in size even I! can get a little disheartened if there isn't an idea of where to find something I need for some proces
 s,  eg, I do remember in wayfare1444 once spending literally days running over the planet map looking for a place where I could gather sand!yes sand! (sadly the ascii map available to others wasn't accessible and this was before the gm had let us search for different eterrain types in the game). then there is the problem of simply not knowing which actions in a given place are needed to find something, eg, I recently had trouble in lament because I wanted to start weaving but couldn't find any plants with fibres to weave and no where was I informed in the help files that I just needed to gather flax pretty much on any wilderness tyle.Of course, this is also more of a problem in games such as muds which work on text descriptions and inputting commands, since if you are talking about an audiogame, or a graphical game where you can explore around and simpy find flax lying on the floor it's less of an issue though even there.  ing I'd say it's a difference between activities based on searching and quests based on a distinct story. "activities" wheather that be shooting zombies, gathering craftable materials or finding asteroids in your spaceship to mine can be absolutely fine with little to no direction so long as you know you might! find commands/processes to start them up the game isn't so complex that your lyable to simply do the wrong thing, eg, scan for planetoids rather than asteroids or not know where to gather sand.Quests on the other hand with ongoing story will get frustrating if there isn't enough direction, since it's one thing to be told "go seak the sage of courage to learn your destiny" if you have no dam idea where to find! the sage of courage . Of course the better written quests will also be able to direct you without 
 directing you through the design of the game. Eg, you will be told to seak the sage of courage, then just outside your village you might encounter a fisherman who offers you his boat if you'll do some fishing for him on the river. When you go to the river  do the fishing you then run into the sage of courage etc. Indeed that sort of quest sequence can actually be satisfying since it can give you the impression that  making choices even when on a specific path, or even let you explore fairly extensively but never be short on where you need to go to continue the story. It's ironic how much difference I once experienced in two different tabletop games between one gm who said "You ride into the village and such and such happens", and another who said "okay, your outside the village what do you want to do?" Of course as I said above, unfortunately you only can! have that sort of true creativity with a human gm who is as creativ
 e as her/his players and can form a story around them,  eg if the gm has a plot involving a mad woodcutter the players might encounter him in the village if they enter, or outside in the forest if they don't, but clever writing and game construction can give this impression if a quest is well written enough. of course this is assuming that one likes narrative quests in the first place. Myself I like a mix dependent upon the game, though even in a heavy activity based game where I am say crafting or mining or hell just exploring around and finding things to fight, I  to feal that I'm actively moving purposefully rather than flailing around. Iindeed this might be simply the distinction, people like purposive action as opposed to purposeless, pointless action (we have enough of that in everyday life).

One idea might be to create some smaller aides for players of other games rather than games in and of themselves, since while writing say a black jack game would be a great exercise, it's not as if we don't have many. For example, one thing I'd personally find really useful would be a Manamon elemental reference, whereby I could select an elemental type  in a list box or by pressing a key and be told what elements it was weak or strong or unaffected by, since the elemental type chart you get with the game is a little clunky to read through if you just say want to know whether or not your magic type manamon should use standard attacks on an air enemy.

Hi Guitarman. Well apologise for the long wait both for this topic and as regards your request to be an admin. I've sent you a private message on the subject. Manamon I'm enjoying, indeed after a long time playing muds it's great to have a break and play a single player game for a change although it is getting rather grindy. I also would love a list of all the manamon, where to get them and roughly what their stats were as compared to other Manamon. I've got Jayde's guide and am getting on far better than I did previously by following his recommendations (and also training my manamon rather more), but it would be nice to not have to know where to go and still get a little more of the manamon information. I also seem to have trouble remembering elemental weaknesses which is a bit of a pest, indeed I do wish you could find that information in the game rather than in a fairly messy text file, say by hitting a key on a manamon's 
 description. I am a little worried about manamon trading, since I do remember getting morghoul in my previous game who rocked, and I'm not sure if I have the open port thing on this machine or not. Anyway I should probably reserve that discussion for a manamon topic. Paladin of the skies I played through a good bit of when it was first released (I got to the tower of judgement in heaven I believe). I loved the plot and atmosphere, but I was less keen on the boppit style battle system, also the and plot progression did strike me as rather childish and in places improbable, eg, a drunk having his own palace. That's actually something I really like in manamon, the that the over all writing quality seemed vastly improved.Having a new keyboard makes a huuge! difference, indeed I didn't really realize how buggered the other one was. it is odd, they weren't old models, but the keys on them were just bad, they didn't react quickl
 y and many keys simply gave out, a fact which really frustrated my lady. Indeed for some weerd reason computer equipment just doesn't behave around here. The keyboard was rather destroyedd and having a new one really help[s, but her windows 7 lapaop is super slow, indeed far slower than my old windows xp machine despite having nearly twice the ram. When setting up dropbox I could barely read the commands. We thought this was supernova, but the same is happening with nvda. It might be the ahm, interesting version of ms office she has on there, we don't know. We've run plenty of virus, spybot and malware scans, and c cleaner so goodness knows. We are thinking therefore of upgrading her machine to windows 10 given that I'm not getting on too badly, indeed I personally much prefer windows 10 to windows 7, since things like windows explorer are far more logical and with classic shell you can even have the start menu back. Well I don't really know of any good way to add microtransactions into a game like this. With core exiles, it works so well because just about all of the items you can get from the store have a minimum level lock as well as other requirements such as energy or different skills, then there's the fact that ce's only really competition and pvp based mechanic is its mech combat. With popmundo, the reason VIP subscription works is because none of the features are escencial to play the game e.G. As a VIP you have the ability to look at live tickers for your concerts, make individual setlists, get access to a notebook etc. So nothing too fancy, but some neet things to have none the less. If you'd allow microtransactions in your game, they'd have to be very well thought out to avoid an stw like situation with ritcher players holding the monopoly on dfc's, teleporters and an unlimited supply of health and energy.

It is a new fps released by Sam Tupy productions and  Mason Armstrong together. For people    who enjoy senseless killing and distruction, this is the right game for you. It basically consists of running around the map murdering your fellow human beings in a number of diverse and possibly very painful ways. ++2: account system.Since a lot of people got confused on how accounts work, I will be outlining this here.There is no actual account system. You simply choose a name and log in with it. Character theft is not  an issue in this game, as characters lose all their items and ammo when they die or log out. The fact that items do not save unless deposited in certain places is deliberate and attempts to stop players from getting too powerful over a long period of time. Do not even think about trying to impersonate Sam Tupy or Mason Armstrong, you will most likely be caught because of how their and your name is formatted, and hit with the ban hammer!++3: game basicsmovementRedspot is one of the few games that supports full on 3d movement. That is, a full 360 degrees walk around system plus a height system. The current map of redspot consists of an empty area in the south half, really nothing much to speak about. There is a small body of water in the south west area, with a bridge going across it, you can also walk under the bridge. The north half of the map is a forest, unfortunately no trees to blow up by accident. There are several towers around the map for you to fortify and use. Their coords are 60, 60, 60, 260, 60 460, 260, 60, 260, 260, 260 460, 460, 60, 460, 260, and 460, 460. The great thing about these towers is that they can be used as refuge when item grabbing, because climbing them takes a long time and the only thing that can hit you is a rocket fired from the next closest tower. If you have team mates with you, those rocketeers can also be delt with. On the 500 coordinate, a series of steps start which are climbable. When you reach the top you will gain access to another grassy area. At coordinates 645, 501, there is a breach within these steps that allows you to walk through. This brings you into a stony area located under the grassy one. Perhaps in-game currency, but at the same time making it so it's not really needed? Kind of like you get some the more you donate, but you can get that same amount by grinding a bit. I wouldn't give skillpoints because people could just get every skill in the game and I understand that's not what you're wanting. Currency not only would give people something to get for a donation, but also wouldn't be gamebreaking if you can only use it with certain things.

Well what about the people that are not creative? I myself require a little structure to be able to function. If you give me a gigantic map with all these towns, wilds, undergrounds, NPCS, etc., I will have no idea where to start. I want to play a game that rewards me when I finally earn the right to access the Royal Armory, not one that just hands it to me because I stumbled hap-hasardly into it while wondering aimlessly around the globe. Quest masters also give you insight into where the secret areas of the game are. I want to find these secret areas. I don't want to have to wonder and wonder, talk and talk, search and search for something that I may never find because it's barried in a world with no direction.Now that being said, I understand your point completely, so don't go off on another rant of how nobody understands your point. I get it. Afterall, I play games to escape the confinds of reality, and become a product of my own creation, nobody elses. Y
 es I follow a storyline, or orders, or concept, but there is no such game that is not dictated by one of those in some way shape or form. Even an artist, who paints in the middle of the jungle with no interaction of the outside world, has a force guiding his brush. His ideas and expressions are not his own, but in fact brought on by the environment he is surrounded by. So although there is no specific person telling him what to do or what to think, he is still influenced by the world around him. Nobody can say, I have created something without any external influence. Same goes for games as they are man made, not something naturally occurring.

Is there a guide for using Steam with NVDA? I have next to no tech proficiency, but if it's explained step by step I can follow directions. The only thing with NVDA that I can't stand is the voice, because I can't get Eloquence anymore with some copyright crap or something. Thanks for all the sounds you are providing.  I am looking through your collection to try to find some particular types of sounds.  Since there are so many sounds, I wonder if you might be able to offer me some suggestions. I am trying to come up with sounds that I can use to indicate that the player/user can perform an action. I am trying to find 6 sounds that last for about a second.  Part of the challenge is that I don't want 6 unique sounds. What I would like to find is 3 unique types of sounds that come in both a low pitch and high pitch.  For example, a "ping" sound that is something in the range of a low C and a second "ping" sound that is in the range of middle to high C. I don't tknow if that makes sense?

 No. As a general rule, the more awesome an idea, the less demoable progress I've made with it. Like, the sorts of things where I thought I could do it with pocket lent and the VAA, but it turns out doing them without enough money to buy a house (or at least a braille display) is ridiculously difficult.I mean, there are a couple that I was able to do concept recordings for, but they've gone no further for reasons. ... I think. If there are actually no reasons, I will have words with the Green Lantern Corps.

Are you wanting to play the sounds randomly all over the map, or for the player to place sounds on the map and hear them as they move around?If it's the first one, you can just do this:sound_pool pool;

I can't say I'm a particular fan of this idea on a couple grounds.Firstly, is the fact you're talking about microsoft doing this.Microsoft is a large commercial company. They aren't an open source community. That means that if they do make a synth out of espeak, its not going to be open source, and its not going to be moddable like espeak is.In addition, the synth is almost certainly only going to work on windows 10 (just like you can't get the windows 10 voices for 7 or xp). I'm not starting the os debate again, but am going to point out that most of this community probably won't be able to use it in the near future.I'd also like to respond to your mention of Android.I'm really not sure why you'd think Microsoft would make their synth available for Android (or any other competitor). You're more likely to get a windows specific patent than you are a cross-platform program.

I think it is a really silly system. Usually, if an account is inactive, logging in should fix it, on any normal system. But this is almost like banning, not making an account inactive! Ok I know this has been brought up a number of times before, but I don't remember ever seeing a solution. The issue is that when I try to log in I get a message, something like "error: this user is not active". This has happened to more than one account I've created, and to more than one person I know. And once it has happened there's no way to get into your account, even if you try to reset your password. But yet you also can't create a new account with that same email because it says it has already been used. So since I'm running out of email addresses to use, does anyone know why this happens and how to prevent it? I know people have mentioned not unsubscribing from their emails, which is not something I or anyone else I know has done; we usually just filter them out. Is that perhaps the problem? Do they ever have something you need to respond to? I've also gotten the suggestion to use an american address. Would that actually make a diffe
 rence?

Anyone who has played lately knows that the first plot has lightning fast tasks. This is not so with the second plot, which I find interesting, however, I doubt I would be able to make a third plot to hunt for water before my time ran out, with the longer times.After trying them both side by side I really do like the quick tasks, it keeps you there and doing stuff on the game. Some things should take longer like building and quests and stuff, but the tasks that keep the game going is pretty much best on the first plot. I've deleted the config folder, also deleted the whole of the game's registery keys, restarted the computer, extracted the game and started everything from the scratch. Still, having the same issue that the sounds only play in my left speaker. Have tried that with many speakers and still the problem exists. How can I solve this sudden and weird issue? I'm starting to lose my patience for this unknown reason and incomprehensible problem.

For the record, I'm using eloquence just fine and still have all of my game audio.Are you guys running the game in chinese locale? Even though the game has been translated into english, without running in a chinese locale about 75% of the audio does not play.

Accessible Linux distro questions (and more)

This is something I've been wondering aboutAccessible, out of the box Linux distros. I got frustrated with Win 10 and if I can find a Linux disttro that works for me I'll be more than happy to make the switch over.So, I know about VInux and the Sonar GNU one, I got an image of both and VMWare.and this is where my problems start.1. Sonar will not, regardless of what I do, boot up in a VMWare machine at all so I can't test it out regardless, it locks up VMWare and I have to reset my actual machine. Or wait, literally 20 minutes for it to load the CD ISO and VMWare to detect anything.2. Vinux on the other and boots up fine, but will not install. As in, I can either do the live CD at which point everything is a snail's pace, or.reaay slow and ives GTK errors when loading the try Ubuntu live CD option (and yes I got the latest Vinux download off their site). If I do install, I can set it to install and go through t
 he screens, but...the guides I've read have said I get to picking a username and a password, thennothing, no continue button and I hear the install say 100%, which means I SHOULD be done with it, ut VMWare being VMWare...it's not working completely right.So, any other accessible Linux distros out there out of the box that come with stuff enabled by default, I love the list of stuff that comes with Vinux by default frankly, (Yes, I know it's Ubuntu), and the idea behind Sonar is nice butare there any other accessible Linux versions out there?Also, should I try booting up both ISO images in Virtualbox too or not, or is there a preconfigured Vinux HD image I can get floating around to test it out, I don't want to install it on my actual laptop then run into the same issue of not being able to finish installing and effectively brick my laptop, it's one thing to wrck a VM, but my laptopnope. (I could just put it on a partition which is w
 hat I'm thinking about doing but dual booting scares me...and I may just move over to Vinux full time)~Lastly. Is the slow reaction in VMWare the result of, well, VMWare being a resource hog?
