Oops, You're right. Wrong ammo for the crossbows. Have to set it then. Oh and BTW, i have to inform everyone here, That me and reza were talking about balancing game last night, And we got to the conclusion that this game is going to be a "fps". Not an "RPG". Thanks to one of the posts here that brought up this situation. I'm saying it here. Seriously, Officially, This is going to be done and there's no reason to prevent us from doing it. I know a lot of people might get angry at either me or reza, But please, Keep these in mind:1. This game is still on its beta stages, Therefore you have to expect such events happen time to time. Oh BTW let me say that "it's on its beta stages" means that "It's open for public testing". Take it as it is please.2. If you want a better gameplay and more fun, You should be so happy about this event. It's going to be smaller, And hopefully with some buildings and stuff around it so sniping(With the stationary snipers, Of course) won't be as easy as before.Lag time! I finished coding a target system to replace with the current ai system. Here's how they're going to work. A fiew targets are placed around the map which you're going to shoot them probably, If you need xp. The more accurate you shoot, The more xp you gain. These are clientside thus they shouldn't make lag, And of course, You can't cheat them. We might bring some other stuff to the clients from the server gradually.

Hey all, I noticed BK III released an update today, which apparently allows for all stages in a mode to be unlocked if that mode has indeed been played. I tried this, and it did not work. Is anyone else having this same issue? I know I have the latest version. Thanks to the developer and anyone else who addresses this.

Well, you never know until you try. Also, you can change your signature in your profile. As for podcasting, I think you're better off doing what you're doing, unless you can get your podcast listed in the Itunes store or similar. I speak from experience on this. You aren't going to get noticed unless you make yourself visible on some sort of mainstream platform. In that regard, Youtube is a good way to go about it, because you won't have to fight for ratings in quite the same way.

I just got the latest updates to the dictionaries and to the game. The updates seemed to be fine. But when I tried to load the save data from my last play, this happened: I got a message about stage resetting behavior. I pressed enter, but then an error message promptly displayed. Pressing OK on this message caused the game to close. Actually, the error message has come up before pressing enter, as I just tried it and it came up while the game was still running. The error is in Japanese, and the NVDA add-on didn't translate it, so I have no idea what the error was. I really don't want to have to start the game all over again; I've made so much progress! I got to Stage 11 and I never got past the second part because Carla kept getting killed!

Okay threadcromancy here is because not long ago I finished Desperation,  well the novel at least, other sorts of desperation are probably ongoing :d. You can find A full review of desperation by me hereTo paraphrase slightly, I actually rather liked it, albeit it was  bit more of a traditional horror novel for King with the small group of characters in the abandoned town, all the creepy wildlife etc, I didn't realy like the way Cynthia from Rose Madder, who was pretty awesome in that book suddenly turned into a damsel here, though Mary was cool, and personally I liked  way King dealt with God. Indeed Grady Hendrics in the Stephen King reread I mentioned earlier actually thought all the "god is cruel" stuff in Desperation might be a reflection of King going through Alcoholics anonymous, which is an interesting idea. I also wondered myself if the "god" who is cruel here is actually King himself what with him killing characters horribly etc. Still, it wasn't an angle I minded since I never felt things got too preachy or charactured, indeed I like the fact King in an interview apparently said he didn't want God to be like the instant literal deus ex machinaa.I can't say how it squared with the regulators, as I read that a long time ago and don't remember it clearly, but I did enjoy the book, albeit there are books of King's I've enjoyed more, still as its now a while since I read it (what with me having a cold etc), I'll let people check out my review for more thoughts, which I finished just  finishing Desperation.

If you're asking what other shows have audio description in multiple languages, the only other one that I know of is a series called Dark.That one is described in both German and english.I guess it all depends on how popular the show or movie is.That doesn't mean there aren't other shows in multiple languages because most, if not all of the netflix original content is available in more than one language.I think it also comes down to your location.Take Altered Carbon for example, I know there is a turkish dub for it, but that turkish dub isn't available here in australia.

hello, the downloads problem is not a bug.the viruses that are there are called zip boms.their sound is very loud, and when they join each other, they make a lot of noise and the speakers have not the capability to handle that large amount of sounds and the game stops making any sound until you die!hope you get the answer.

So my friends have told me that the Blind Mice will remove all the TV series from their site. So I've purchased a pro account on Sendspace to download all the necessary TV shows before they disappear. To my astonishment, they were already gone.So my question is even though the links aren't there anymore on Blind Mice, could they still be found on Sendspace if one knows the direct link URL to the files? And another question is if someone on here has said that they have also gotten a pro account with Sendspace and downloaded all the TV series they cared for, could I somehow get those shows.It's hard to tell which ones I'm missing since the list is gone from the site.To be clear, I do buy the movies on iTunes and watch show on Netflix legally, so the files I'm lacking are just for completion sake.For instance, did anyone grab things like Daredevil seasons 2, 3, Jessica Jones season 2, and other Marvel stuff?Thank you.Funny enough, I was able to find shows the Blind Mice forgot to get rid of like Rosewood.

Adventures at C: specific Bugs, and is There a Way to Fix them

Can someone help me out with bugs in Adventures at C:?Basically, the version I can download has some unpassable bugs within the game. In My Downloads level, toward the end of the level, you run a great distance fighting off viruses that come in unlimited quantities at you. When you reach a certain point in the level, the viruses become more powerful. When you want to fight off the very first such virus, the game glitches, and you cannot use your laser or move at all for that matter. Then, you lose the level. Online, the game developer said that he was working on the patch to stop that glitch from occurring, but in the mean while, one has to exit out of the level, and re-do it. I Re-did the level multiple times, leveled up, and that glitch where you cannot do anything even with full life bar keeps on happening.Also, in My Pictures level, there are a couple of gaps which you have to jump over. There very last one is unjumpable. No matter how far or close you jump, you still fall and die. How do you proceed further? This dilemma happens at the start of the level.Lastly, in My Music level, there are bombs and metal data. The instructions say to hit down and alt to pick up the bomb, to walk a couple of steps, and hit alt again to throw it to destroy the metal data. The problem with this one is that the alt key simply doesn't work at all.So any feedback would be welcomed, and if over the years a patch was indeed made available, please tell me where to get it. The game I'm using was downloaded in 2018.Thanks.

@Guitarman, sadly the scifi novella has been on hiatus along with pretty much everything else, since my lady and I have been literally in bed for the last week with said bloody awful cold. On the plus side this did give us a chance to discover Becky Chambers Wayfarer series, which has been bloody awesome, and probably is the best new  scifi that I've run across in quite a long while. actually to say the first book, a long way to a small angry planet was published in 2014, and the second book A closed and common orbit was published in 2016, its really great to know someone is writing good sf these days.On the down side, beside me playing a bit more of land of Livia and doing the odd wordsearch or trivia puzzle on gameworld, we haven't exactly got much else done, which for me means a distinct lack of writing, a lack of harp practice (which is pretty bad), and a lack of doing reviews or work on the db which is also pretty bad, as I'd like to get uptodate with all of the blindfold games, not to mention six ages.  I also have my graduation looming on  Wednesday, which will be nice, albeit yee gods its taken a very long time, I just hope this cold is completely gone by then and I'm not alternatively coughing and sniffing my way through the ceremony .

Magic DVD ripper works with jaws, though not so well with NVDA for some reason. The only thing you need to do is OCR to find the start button, everything else is accessible. This opinion is based on version 6. Don't know if newer versions are still accessible.

Well, what if it IS printing the message, but the message is an empty string? Something I do sometimes to track down irritating bugs is litter my code with print statements to try and get an idea of what may be causing it. So the first thing you could do is maybe change the initialization of message2 to something other than a blank string and see if anything happens, and then check how far the code gets before something goes wrong, like:def trashy(message, move):

  for i in message:

OEMs aren't allowed to customize anything which I say is a good thing. That's the thing that pisses me off about Windows computers and Android devices. Why can't these people sell me the device with the pure operating system? Why does everyone insist on customizing Android and/or  putting garbage apps on both Android and Windows? Agh!Microsoft is also guilty of this to a lesser extent with Windows Phones. They let manufacturers and carriers put garbage apps onto phones as well as giving them full control to deny updates. I just want to buy a device from any manufacturer and be guaranteed that I'll at the very least get the stock experience. that's one of the few things Apple does right. When you buy an iPhone or Mac, you know what you're getting. Buying an Android phone from a random company could be a disaster if you're expecting one thing and get something completely different.I appreciate that Android can be customized, but let the user decide whether they want to modify the stock experience which has always worked well for me. All right, end of rant. I'm sorry.

I'm going to presume that you're dealing with windows on both ends of the copy here, and that your new drive is as large as or larger than the source *partition* you're copying. If it isn't, shrink the partition first (diskpart or windows disk management), and then keep reading.I have two software options and one hardware, depending on if you have access to eyeballs or not, enough to read you a few bios-like screens.If you do, the simplest method to clone a drive (I've done this - it's pretty much effortless) is to make a system image, take out your old drive, put in the new one, and use a system repair disk to restore the image to the new drive. It'll take maybe half an hour and you're done.The next option I'd look into is a piece of software called Drive Image xml. It's free for home use, and can copy any partition you want. Hm, well if its a BLE library were looking for, it seems most are indeed only for linux or mac... I think i've come across two API's though, [PyGATT] and [BLEAK], they seem to be designed to be windows 10 compatible. PyGATT also seems to offer a few other possible BLE solutions, like some py code and independant driver hardware like the Bluegiga BLED112 dongle.

regarding the log, about a little over halfway down the screen if you poke with your finger you'll be around the most recent events. I hated having to listen to my entire life's story too, especially when I got around 30 and now I'm 52 so that would be a nightmare now.Because you can get several events at once when you age up, when you find the marker for your age, poke around a few times. There is usually an empty line between each event but not always. but if you poke around just with a one-finger single touch you can usually find the latest events without having to listen to everything again.

The only thing I fear will push the admins over the edge is if browsers stoped connecting to http sites by default. But then knowing the blindy community, people will just say never update your browser past some future version of chrome or Firefox. Which is way worse and much more insecure than browsing to one http site.

The fact of the matter is, SSL or not, if you're using the same password for everything, you're screwed.  It doesn't matter how secure your connection to the site is.  Keep in mind that this forum is over a decade old, and it hasn't been managed by a group of administrators.  It's one or two guys that keep it running for the sake of the community but otherwise are pretty hands off, from my understanding.I'm betting that none of the data on the forum is even encrypted in the first place, though I could be wrong.  If that is the case though, ssl will do nothing to improve it, as all a hacker has to do is find a way to acquire the database if they even care to.

Hi Diego.I don't think that is possible. I don't know too much about android studio, but I tried it out once, and although I didn't use it, it did have a built-in emulator. What exactly do you mean it doesn't work on your pc? You should be able to navigate to it and open it with your screen reader, then go to settings and activate talkback. It would help if you were a little more specific.

I can usually get the possible text thing to work if I turn voiceover off and back on. At least there's a work-around for figuring out the choices, but I wish I could see the stats in the relationships section. Also I wish the log was a button and if you clicked it each year was a different line, because it's really annoying to have to listen to the whole log if you're trying to figure something out, and trying to find the last event on the screen doesn't usually work for some reason.

A bit of Googling would tell you the game's story is more along the lines of Mortal Kombat than previous entries, with cutscenes and fights only aside from a single mission where you get to play as Gamakichi. The overworld thing is still around in the form of the adventure mode, but they're separate things.

So far, this topic has proved interesting. I have my raspberry pi here sitting off in a corner acting as a radio link to the DStart network. Anyway, the pi I got came as a part of a kit. one of the peaces of this kit was a preloaded SD card. So once it got put together, I could hook it in and let it boot. So, I can tell you that with the right configuring before hand, you will not have to hook a networking cable into it. I personally lucked out by not having to do the configuring ahead of time, but other the other hand, the software I am running had a few access problems. Yes, the software I am running on this pi has a HTML UI that I can access from my PC, but no one had seemed to had thought about screen readers when designing the hTML UI, which means that the pages that I need to flip through is mostly accessible with a few problems that proved a bit on the painfull side. I am really really thinking about SSHing in in the future to make all needed setting changes. I wonder if anyone had thought about doing a networking router with one of these. As for the pi I have, it is a raspberry pi 0wh

Hello.a couple of months ago, I played around with an S9? I'm not sure what make it was, but I do know there was a note version that was a bit bigger.I really wanted to like android, customizing, yes please, eloquence on my phone, go for it! but Sadly, I had to return it to the store and get an iphone 7. Why? The play store didn't work.My auntie had to help me  start the screen reader, I thought it was talkback but now I think on it, I don't think it was. Some of the tutorial was broken and what made the phone completely unusable for me was that the play store didn't work. i could double tap on it but that's it. When trying to swipe left or right, i just got an error sound.Is this normal with android? i'm planning on trying it again in a couple years and would like to know what to do if i come across this problem again?Thanks.

I think it's a good time to remind people, ssl or not, for the love of all that's good get a password manager. In this day and age there is simply no excuse to use the same password on every site. To give you a good example, an extra 5 or some minutes of setting up a new phone/factory wiping is spent typing in my google password. I agree the site should force https, but since same passwords were brought up I thought I'd remind folks.

Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is superior to Generations in every way, IMO. Aside from the fact that 4 doesn't have the recap style story Generations does, the combat has been overhauled slightly, dash cancels and character switching are a thing, it has actual boss battles, more characters... etc etc. Heroes was alright though, but I still prefer the Storm format better.

At least you don't live outside a city with a soda tax. I kid you not in Philadelphia you get taxed for soft drinks. The reason the food is so expensive is because the theater makes no money on ticket revenue. I think there's a theater around me that had or has the old chairs so it’s like $5 a ticket. Up the mountains in PA you can find movie tickets for $5 to because not many people go but yeah it is only going to get more expensive. When I was 10 or so there was only 1 Movie Theater that had audio description and only 1 movie at a time. I'm glad that they are all described now and the seats kind of make up for the price. They used to do student discounts and they don't even do that anymore. Still for me it is worth the price to go see a new movie. Don't get me started about the convenience fee if you order online. Also someone sighted always has to order them for me on the app as the seat selector is inaccessible.

I used samsung's migration software, but it isn't totally accessible, just doable with some OCR and a bit of guessing. I wouldn't really recommend it unless you can't find anything better. And it might be even worse if the SSD isn't a samsung.

That would just be a dog whistle for everyone to abuse afk, cheat excessively, and generally be scum for potentially new people taking a look at the game.  Carter and Samtuppy rather not have more negative press on their game before they even get a chance to release a better version and have a weaker release.

The odd thing is that the main site does allow you to switch to HTTPS, but the forum doesn't and redirects to HTTP. So it seems that a certificate might be there but the implementation is incomplete.

I have already brought this topic up in this topic over here.To the last several posts, the matter of the forum using https has no baring on whether the forum can be hacked or accounts compromised. sites are hacked all the time and accounts taken over everyday on sites that have https. This does not mean that it doesn't matter. One thing that https or tls gives a site is a defense against middleman spoofing attacks. This also doesn't mean that it still couldn't happen, as this happens to Google and Microsoft 365 sites all the time, but it is one defense. Also, with https a site doesn't have to worry that it's pages  aren't being tampered with in transit from the webserver to the visiter's browser. A non-https page has no guarantee. This is apart of a middleman attack.
