Want to get into linux for trying out Cataclysm
Want to get into linux for trying out Cataclysm Hey all,Can someone point me to a good linux distribution, which has screen reader enabled as default or can it be enabled easily? Mind you, i'm a complete beginner at linux stuff, the only thing which i want to do is try out Cataclysm dark days ahead. I tried some linux vms back in the day, jen os or how to spell it included, but that thing didn't want to work as expected. Should i put a linux on a pendrive and boot it from there? The vm which i tried began stuttering and was kinda sluggish, but that probably was my pc. Thought that 4 gb of ram could handle it. Copying from a html frame or something like that Hey all,Thanks to Dark i tried to access the worldsmith hints page, found here: https://www.interactivefables.com/hintsHowever, i ran into a problem, using either JAWS or NVDA and google chrome.When i try to copy the rot13 code from the website, for the life of me i can not copy from the hints section of the page. Re: Japanese and english at the same time with NVDA I got dual voice and jtalk too, but the problem is that dual voice doesn't want to know that i have a non latin sinth installed, it just gives me the default microsoft david and who knows what voices. Any tips to change this behavior? Japanese and english at the same time with NVDA Hey folks,Does anyone know of a way of reading english and japanese with the same sinthesizer? Pro talker english used to exist but that one throws me a can't load sinth error with the latest NVDA and windows 10, hell knows, with win 8.1 it used to work. I'm kind of keen on trying to patch up my meh japanese knowledge again. At least to the same level it used to be, although that wasn't a lot. Still. Writing hiragana/katakana/kanji with espeak is fun, you don't know what the hell you're writing, thanks to the constant blabbering of japanese character stuff.Any help would be appreciated. Strange jaws behavior Did anyone experience the following with jaws's newest version? The move to headings by level keys stopped working. I mean for example 1 and shift 1. Jaws says unknown script call. I even reinstalled the thing completely from scratch but it didn't help. My main problem is that i can't write on the touch screen, it just writes the letter which is under my finger, but i just slide my finger along the screen, so its really confusing.
