and prototype should include three sample screens (One simple, one medium
and one high complexity). Perform usability analysis, heuristic evaluation
with the users for the identified 3 screens. The prototype should be
available on all rendering forms (Desktop/Laptop, Tablet, Mobile)

· Develop the detailed implementation plan with resource
estimates.  The plan should be based on all the data gathered so far in the
project. Clearly document the hardware/software requirements including
licensing details.

The Ux Designer must have demonstrated experience working within and
leading multi-disciplinary design teams. They must also have demonstrated
experience working in Agile (preferably Scrum) development environments and
have applied strategies for user centered design success within those
environments. They will have extensive understanding of best practices and
unique affordances of mobile design in a physical environment that is
service oriented. The Ux Designer will help create a blueprint of the
mobile experience that supports the vision for our team member and
customers interactions.



*Job Responsibilities:*



• Design user interface solutions for web and mobile web, applying
responsive and adaptive techniques

• Balance trade-off decisions while maintaining design integrity

• Work as part of a user centered design team

• Work within an Agile development environment



*Minimum of 8 years of experience.*



• Bachelor degree in HCI or equivalent experience with user centered design
methods preferred. Equivalent combination of experience, education and
training will be considered.

• Knowledge of design for accessibility is preferred.

• Experience in the role of interaction designer working with interactive
product design, service design.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing mobile applications (Hybrid,
Native and/or Html5).

• Familiar with latest mobile design trends.

• Demonstrated understanding of user centered design best practices,
including working knowledge of rapid prototyping tools, iterative design
and usability testing.

• Experience developing complex information architectures.

• Assess and interpret client needs and end user needs (e.g., business
requirements, product roadmap, and end user research) to create an
appropriate interaction design.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, facilitation,

The QA Test Lead will be responsible for test execution of critical client
based projects for large systems integration projects. The QA Test Lead
owns the solution quality and is ultimately responsible for assuring that

This individual will work with project manager and architect to create and
execute test plan for the project. This individual will provide general
supervision and technical guidance to other QA staff assigned to the
project. This individual may also need to coordinate with Ford IT or other

portfolio, support the SDLC process, work with the JIRA process and ensure
consistency through the testing framework. In addition, this positon will

for testability.

3. Lead technical review meetings to understand business requirements ,
strategy and delivery constraints.

4. Determine test effort/costs for test planning and execution.

5. Develop test strategies and test plans per project goals and objectives.

6. Structure QA team and provide daily guidance to junior members .

7. Coordination of testing teams from multiple parties and communicates
with stakeholders.



Other Responsibilities:

Participate in test strategy/plan peer reviews.

2. Provide consulting expertise for applications and software being tested.

3. Manage internal / external stakeholder relationships.

4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies,

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:



• Must have at least 15 years of software quality assurance experience,
including a minimum of 5 years in a lead role.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and
administration of software quality assurance metrics.

• Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction,
process and product quality and reliability.

• Strong understanding of different software development life cycles
(waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance
processes and automated tools.

• Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and
standards.

• Familiar with application quality management processes and best
practices.

• Experience interfacing with program managers, project owners, architects,
partners/stakeholders to gather requirements.

• Experience developing templates, and documenting requirements , building
Test cases and plans for Cloud based systems ( NetSuite, salesforce.com,)
and web pages and e-business application.
